March 3 at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park -- On behalf of 2007 Heritage days, The Friends of Cape Florida are sponsoring three events.
There is an environmental cleanup that all are invited to participate, focusing on removing exotic vegetation. To volunteer, arrive at the park at 8:30am and ask for directions to the work area at the gate. The Lighthouse will be open for special tours and exhibits between 10:00am and 2 pm. Last, but not least, singer-songwriter Grant Livingstone will preform under the full moon. The concert is $5.00 per person and free for members of the Friends of Cape Florida. Friday, March 16: Aqua Party hosted by the Key Biscayne Community Foundation.
The party will be held at the Island Lagoon at the Key Biscayne Presbyterian Church.
