Square Fit is a new company with an old and successful background. Square Fit was born in USA 4 years ago with the concept of offering the very best in FITNESS-ACTIVE WEAR: Extremely comfortable, high-tech performance fabrics, firming, with perfect fit and very good feel that you can use at the gym, traveling, to go out and everywhere else.

Our founder and designer has a background in physical education, worked many years as a personal trainer and knows very well the women's needs. After more than 16 years of experience with fashion design, she achieved an extraordinary balance of charm and comfort mixed with fitness and casual. We also represent Nina Bucci Collection, designed in Italy and manufactured in Brazil, adds a great touch of FASHION to this new line.

We use only the best fabrics available, with high quality engineered fibers for fast drying, outstanding breath ability and exceptional durability. All of our garments are made of Dupont's Supplex with Lycra. With added composition of spandex fibers we obtained additional stretch, excellent support with soft and natural feel for the ultimate in year-round comfort.

Our facility employs more than 65 people and has being doing fashion for 39 years, we are able to manufacture almost any quantity ordered and with a very tight quality control. We keep a showroom in Miami with inventory for immediate delivery.

Saturday, July 3rd - The Old fashioned All American Picnic - 6 to 8 pm

The Old fashioned All American Picnic is this Saturday at the Key Biscayne Beach Club. Come and enjoy Key Biscayne's own Chowder Chompers playing while you dine on all you can eat ribs, chicken, hot dogs, corn on the cob, cole slaw, baked beans and dessert. Bring a few extra dollars to buy a T-Shirt or Button to support our Parade, which is run entirely by volunteers that raise the money to hold it each year. $15 adults $8 kids

Key Biscayne Beach Club

4TH OF JULY EVENTS

Parade: At 11:00 a.m. the Key Biscayne Parade Committee presents the 4th of July Parade on Crandon Blvd. Everyone participating in the parade should be in position by 10:00 a.m.

Picnic by the Kiwanis: Immediately after the parade The Kiwanis of Key Biscayne Picnic will begin on the Village Green. There will be a variety of new food vendors, rides for the kids, "cool zone tents" to cool off from the heat, music, snow cones, popcorn and clowns. The new 2005 Hummer will be on display. This will go on until 4pm.

Fourth of July Concert: The 13th Army Band will be playing for the Fourth of July in the Village Green. 6 to 9pm.

Fireworks: The Village of Key Biscayne proudly presents their world class fire works display at 9:00 p.m. The fireworks' barge will be positioned between the Sonesta Beach Resort and the Beach Club. The synchronized music can be heard from the Beach Club, Ocean Front Park, Village Green and on Channel 16.


MCM's Summer Camp
The Miami Children's Museum and the Fantasy Theatre Factory have teamed up to offer theater classes during MCM's summer camp. The two institutions will collaborate to provide quality theater classes to children 4th to 6th grade. The summer schedule is as follows:

Acting Out: Theater: This camp is a fun introduction to theater and acting. Activities include pantomime, storytelling and playing characters. Taught by professional Fantasy Theatre Factory actor, it will be a sure hit with young performers.

Kidding Around: Improvisational Theater: Play theater games, create characters and make up songs just like the comics on TV. Fantasy Theatre Factory comedians instruct this fast-paced theater improvisation camp, where imagination is key and no scripts are allowed.

July 25 - July 27 Corporate Summer Tennis Championship

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: Each corporation will have five to eight players on their team, plus one tennis pro. Five singles and two doubles matches will be played between two teams and players who play singles may also play doubles.

WHERE: All matches will be played at the Key Biscayne Tennis Association at Crandon Park Golf Course.

CELEBRATE: On Saturday, July 26th there will be a players' party at The Links Grill. Drinks and snacks will be provided daily for players

There is a $1,000 contribution fee for each corporation.

F A U Small Business Development Center Offers Free Workshops at Office Depot Miami in July
The Florida Atlantic University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering free seminars during the month of July at the Miami Office Depot store. One-on-one counseling sessions at the site also can be arranged by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome.

Monday, July 12 from 6 to 8 pm:"Introduction to Business Plan" will be taught by SBDC Certified Business Analyst Nancy Orozco.

Friday, July 16 from 6 to 8 pm: "Como Crear Promociones y Anuncios Efectivos (Creating Effective Promotion and Advertising for Your Business)" will be taught in Spanish by SBDC Certified Business Analyst Ruby Ortiz.

Volunteers needed at the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce. Send your kids to do community service with us. We could us help to prepare Welcome Baskets, Tourist and Relocation packages, answer phones and assist tourists.
